What makes an LSC team member
Someone who is willing to be part of a team and add value, knows when to have fun but be professional. Is hugely passionate about what we do and driven to improve others by improving themselves.
Our delivery team have a huge variety of qualification from masters degrees & BTECs to UEFA A & qualified teacher status.
As a minimum, our lead delivery staff will have the following Qualifications:
- Safe Guarding
- Enhanced DBS check
- First Aid and Health and Safety certificates
- NGB Level 2
All staff are fully insured, carry company ID badges and will be wearing full LSC uniform whilst delivering our services.
Our coaches are assessed annually by Ofsted accredited inspectors and by an quality assurance manager on a half termly basis as part of appraisal and performance management process.
All LSC staff have access to a range of CPD and training opportunities each month.
