Supporting Liverpool Schools
Liverpool is rightly proud of its sporting traditions and we are equally proud of our ability to help ensure that sporting achievement and appreciation in the area is just as strong in the future.
For 15 years Little Sports Coaching has been supporting schools in Liverpool and we continue to offer multiple benefits when it comes to sports provision in a range of learning environments.
We can offer tailor-made provision depending on the needs of your school, college or nursery; whether you need support for extra-curricular or lunchtime clubs; planning preparation and assessment (PPA); lesson cover; or even continued professional development (CPD) for staff and volunteers.
Our Liverpool schools sports provision can fit in seamlessly with the National Curriculum, whilst offering additional benefits for both adults and children in any setting.
All of our sports programmes are delivered by fully-qualified coaches and mentors, with a focus on having fun safely. All of our coaches are regularly evaluated and assessed to ensure premium performance and they attend annual safeguarding and first aid courses.
There are countless benefits to be gained from school sports coaching in Liverpool. For children, our tailored-syllabuses not only boost fitness and promote the importance of good health, they can also be invaluable in improving everything from confidence and self-esteem to social skills and academic performance. In supporting schools in Liverpool, we also help children to grow, learn and have fun.
Our Liverpool schools sports provision can feature a wide range of sports and activities, including favourites such as dance, netball, gymnastics, football, hockey, tennis, basketball, and athletics; all arranged at a time convenient to the children and the school involved.
Teachers, meanwhile, can benefit from PPA support, giving them added confidence that youngsters are receiving the best possible sports guidance and tuition, as well as appreciating the improved levels of concentration and the greater willingness to learn that can be displayed by the children in their care.
Our CPD provision also means that coaches, teaching staff, teachers and volunteers can benefit from a range of training courses, mentoring and co-coaching services to ensure that schools can provide the most effective sports curriculum possible.
