Tots FC Burnage Media Arts College, Burnage
Here at Little Sports Coaching we provide toddler football sessions in Burnage and the surrounding area.
These sessions are a great way for youngsters to learn new skills and remain active at the same time, with an emphasis on fun, fitness and making friends.
At Little Sports Coaching we teach all age groups. Our Tots FC football sessions are particularly popular. Toddlers between the ages of 18 months and 3 years can enjoy our special Tiny Tots classes. Pre-schoolers between 3 and 5 will move up to Mighty Tots, where they will learn more advanced skills and get to play in a small-sided football match.
At this age, sessions are very much about playing, although we do teach the basics of the game. Youngsters will be taught essential ball skills such as throwing, catching, dribbling and kicking a ball and at the same time develop other skills such as making friends and learning how to follow instructions. They will also discover how to be a team-player, the art of losing graciously and what it means to be competitive. All of these key attributes will help them as they grow and develop, preparing them for school and the wider environment.
Encouraging children to play football will help them to develop an interest in sport and keeping fit, whether they have aspirations to be the next David Beckham or just want to kick a ball around and have fun with peers of the same age. These sessions take place across the region, so whether you are looking for toddler football coaching in Burnage, Greater Manchester or in another town, you will find a wide selection of classes to suit your child.
Our pre-school football training sessions in Manchester are suitable for both boys and girls. Here at Little Sports Coaching we are always keen to see more girls becoming involved in the sport. We will do everything we can to encourage your daughter to become a confident player and to hold her own on the pitch. The sessions are play-based with the rules of the game being gradually introduced so that youngsters can learn at their own pace.
The sessions are fun and educational and are designed to support the national curriculum. Tots will also learn other skills such as numeracy and colour recognition which will help them to prepare for education and learning. The weekly sessions are delivered by our friendly coaches in a safe environment. The emphasis is on having fun and letting off steam, making new friends and learning essential life skills.
