Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Childcare Service, Subscription, Event or Activity organised and operated through LSC Care and its subsidiaries.
Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it.
Account and Password
You will need to keep your account name and password confidential. You will need to notify us straight away of any unauthorised use of your account. Any details relating to the account can only be discussed with the named account holder.
Closing your account
Any credits will be refunded. Please allow up to seven days.
Bookings for all activities must be made in advance. By booking a place for your child on any Activity with LSC you accept these Terms and Conditions. LSC offers an online booking service, once the booking has been completed and submitted, the payment received in full, and the booking validated by LSC, you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Re-booking reminder emails will be sent once the course is completed. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions, together with our website Terms and Conditions, which are hereby incorporated.
Receiving an email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on an LSC Activity. For safety reasons, we can only guarantee a place on ANY Activity to those booking in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the Activity.
Before booking, please ensure your child is able to attend the Activity and meets the conditions for such Activity, as listed on our website.
All bookings are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mail to us at email@example.com) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date that you receive an e-mail acknowledgement of the booking, pursuant to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
Outside of this fourteen (14) day period, all bookings confirmed by us are final and non-refundable, unless you have opted for Flexi booking at the time of booking which allows you to change or cancel a booking, at any time, before the Activity begins. Any ‘no shows’ on the day, will NOT be guaranteed a refund.
If you opted for a ‘Flexi booking’ option for our holiday courses, then you can make ONE change to your booking, and/or add wrap-around care (care before or after the session) at any time before the start of the session, subject to availability. Please log in to your LSC account to make your changes.
Any wraparound care added to a booking, as a last-minute alteration, must be paid via a pay link, using a debit/credit card. We do NOT accept Childcare Vouchers and/or Tax-Free payment for ad hoc wraparound. Please contact the office at: firstname.lastname@example.org to request this in writing.
Promotions and Vouchers
LSC may from time to time offer promotions and vouchers, in the event that you have been issued with a promotional code or voucher, this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with both the terms and conditions of that promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
Promotional codes can be entered on the website at the time of booking.
Please note promotional discounts and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with multi-buy or sibling discount.
LSC accepts credit/debit cards through Stripe, Child Care Vouchers (CCV) and the Tax-Free Scheme as methods of payment. Child Care Vouchers and/or Tax-Free transactions must be sent within forty-eight (48) hours of booking.
If funds do not reach us within five working days, any pending place will be released. Bookings with Child Care Vouchers and/or Tax-Free Scheme must be made seven (7) days prior to the Activity.
Bookings with Child Care Vouchers and/or Tax-Free Scheme are only accepted when payment is made in full. Any booking made with a partial payment will be ‘declined.’
Any credits applied to your LSC account can be used at the payment section online. Please note: credits are not automatically applied to a new booking and must be selected at the payment stage.
By signing up for an LSC account, you are confirming you are age eighteen (18) or above.
Multi-buy and Sibling Discount
Discounts are applied when booking more than one of the same course, or for additional siblings. Please note: you will either receive one or the other, not both. First course/sibling 0%, additional courses/siblings receive 10% discount on the total cost. Any promotional discounts will not apply on top of these discounts. Sibling/course discounts are applied to full-week holiday course bookings and full-term courses only.
All LSC staff hold current child protection and DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure, or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse, we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy of which is available on request to LSC and available on our website at wearelsc.co.uk/safeguarding
LSC may from time to time take photographs/film of any of the LSC activities, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising LSC activities through our literature, website, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter) Press and TV.
Parents/Guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed, must make LSC aware of this at the time of booking, or in writing before the Activity starts (where possible LSC will inform parents/guardians at the start of an Activity). If you change your mind, you can ask for a photo to be removed at anytime by contacting email@example.com
LSC cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending an LSC Activity. We advise that children do not bring electronic devices to any LSC Activity.
Health & Safety
A full risk assessment will be carried out before any Activity takes place at a new venue. LSC staff hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for LSC staff to administer any, and all necessary first aid to your child, as required at any time.
For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on a LSC Activity which involves, for example, football, hockey, or another contact sport. It is compulsory for glasses wearers to wear goggles in the situation they cannot play without glasses. It is compulsory for all attendees to wear glasses/goggles for Nerf day when attending a Multi-sports Holiday Course.
LSC reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the Activity being undertaken and weather conditions.
It is the parents/guardians’ responsibility to apply sun cream, when necessary, to their child, before an LSC Activity begins.
LSC encourages parents/guardians to pack a healthy packed lunch and a refillable water bottle, so the children can stay hydrated. LSC has a no ‘nut’ policy. This means nuts or food products containing nuts, may not be brought to any Activity. In the case of a serious allergy, LSC coaches may ask to inspect lunch boxes upon arrival.
We need to know about any medical conditions and/or allergies, in case of an incidents whilst in our care. Care Plan’s, medical conditions and/or any allergy that any participant may have, must be fully disclosed (1) at the time of booking, in writing to LSC at registration, and (2) to the lead coach on the Activity or at the venue.
Please be aware, our coaches cannot administer medication at any Activity, and our venues do not have the facilities to store medication safely and appropriately.
LSC recognises the importance of being inclusive. Any parent/guardian wishing to book an Activity, for a child, who requires one to one support within School, are required to contact our Head Office to discuss the matter, before booking online, so we can assess if we can accommodate the child.
LSC has Public Liability insurance with cover provided by Michel Morton (IntoSport) Limited. Other than in relation to death, personal injury, or property damage, where LSC or its staff is proven to be negligent, LSC liability to you is limited to the booking fee paid by you.
All information is correct at the time of printing and publishing, not every Activity is available at every venue. Please check the details on our website before you book. In the event that LSC needs to cancel an Activity for any reason, a credit for the full value of the booking fee paid will be issued to the person who booked, or alternative provisions to stage the Activity, at another time, will be arranged and confirmed to all. if you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time and confirm this to LSC, LSC will issue a credit, to the full value of the booking fee paid.
In the event of low numbers and/or poor weather, our coaches may merge groups or provide an alternative Activity. These will be safe and age-appropriate. Parents/Guardians will be informed in advance, where possible.
In the event of inclement weather, all LSC activities have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat, and suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities, at the discretion of LSC.
Leaving an Activity
Any child must be collected by a parent or guardian using our ‘wave-off’ procedure. Each child will be released by LSC staff once the child acknowledges the parent or guardian. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any Activity, will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the Activity.
If arrangements are made for a child to be collected by another adult, collection passwords can be set on your LSC account. LSC would also need written consent from the parent/guardian, at the earliest opportunity.

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the head coach at the activity. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures.
If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please write to our customer services team email@example.com within 7 days of child’s attendance on the activity.
We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint. LSC aim to respond to any complaint within five (5) working days. Refunds will only be issued if LSC is proven to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.
These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and LSC Care Ltd.
By booking an Activity with LSC Care Ltd you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions.
If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court, then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
If, from our website, you click on any links to another website you understand that it is independent from LSC and that we have no control over the content or availability of that website.
No Linking to or Extraction of Data or Other Information from LSC Site.
Any linking to, deep linking to, or extraction from the LSC website without the written consent of LSC, in hard copy with original signature by a director of LSC is strictly prohibited.
Availability of Our Website, Errors and Viruses
We will use all reasonable endeavours to make our website available at all times, but cannot guarantee that our website will operate without interruptions. We will use all reasonable care to ensure that our website is error-free, and that the website and its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms, but this cannot be guaranteed in circumstances beyond our reasonable control. LSC can accept no liability for our website’s unavailability or any errors or viruses that it can contain.
You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router, or any other internet-connected device owned, controlled or used by LSC.
