Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Childcare service, Party, Subscription, Event or Activity organised and operated through any member of The Little Sports Group (LSG) and its subsidiaries.
Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it.
LSG are implementing new policies and procedures to reduce the risk of infection. However LSG cannot be held responsible for transmission whilst attending a LSG activity.
Account and Password
You will need to keep your account name and password confidential. You will need to notify us straightaway of any unauthorised use of your account.
Closing your account
Any credits will be refunded.
Bookings for all activities must be made in advance By booking a place for your child on any Activity with LSG you accept these Terms and Conditions apply. LSG offers an online booking service, once the booking has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by LSG you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Re-booking reminder emails will be sent once the course is completed. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions together with our website terms and conditions which are hereby incorporated.
Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on an LSG Activity. For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY Activity to those booking in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the Activity.
Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the Activity and meets the conditions for such Activity as listed on our website.
All bookings are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mail to us at email@example.com) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the booking pursuant to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
Outside of this fourteen (14) day period all bookings confirmed by us are final and non-refundable unless you have opted for flexi booking at the time of booking which allows you to change or cancel a booking.
If you opted for a ‘Flexi booking’ option for our holiday courses, then you can change your booking and add wrap-around care (care before or after the session) at any time before the start of the session, subject to availability, please log in to your LSG account to make your change.
Promotions and Vouchers
LSG may from time to time offer promotions and vouchers, in the event that you have been issued with a promotional code or voucher, this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with both the terms and conditions of that promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
Promotional codes can be entered on the website at the time of booking.
Please note promotional discounts and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with multi-buy or sibling discount.
LSG accepts credit/debit card through WorldPay and Child Care Vouchers (CCV) as methods of payment. Subscriptions for our FC Sports require payment through GoCardless. Child Care Vouchers payment transactions must be sent within 48 hours of booking.
If payment is not received within 48 hours our system will release your child’s place. Bookings with Child Care Vouchers must made seven (7) days prior to the Activity.
You must be 18 years old and be legally able to enter into contracts. For any child who is below the age of 16 written consent is required from a parent or legal guardian to be provided to LSG in advance of the commencement of the Activity.
This will be prompted via tick box online.
Multi-buy and Sibling Discount
Discounts are applied when booking more than one of the same course or for additional siblings. Please note you will either receive one or the other not both. First course/sibling 0%, additional courses/siblings receives 10% discount on the total cost. Any promotional discounts will not apply on top of these discounts. Sibling/course discounts are applied to full week holiday course bookings and full-term courses only.
All LSG staff hold current child protection and DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy of which is available on request to LSG and available on our website at littlesportscoaching.co.uk/safeguarding
LSG may from time to time take photographs/film of any of LSG activity, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising LSG activities through our literature, website, social media platforms (Facebook, twitter) press and TV.
Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make LSG aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the Activity starts (where possible LSC will inform parents/guardians at the start of an Activity). If you change your mind you can ask for a photo to be removed anytime by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
LSG cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a LSG activity. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children.
Health & Safety
A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. LSG staff hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for LSG staff to administer any and all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.
For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on a LSG activity which involves, for example, football, hockey or another contact sport.
LSG reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the Activity being undertaken and weather conditions.
We need to know about any medical conditions of your child in case of an incidents whilst in our care. Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed (1) at the time of booking in writing to LSG at registration and (2) to the lead coach on the activity or at the venue.
LSG has Public Liability insurance with cover provided by Michel Morton (IntoSport) Limited. Other than in relation to death, personal injury, or property damage, where LSG or its staff is proven to be negligent, LSG liability to you is limited to the booking fee paid by you.
All information is correct the time of printing and publishing, not every activity is available at every venue. Please check details on our web site before you book. In the event that LSG has to cancel an activity for any reason, a credit for the full value of the booking fee paid will be issued to the person who booked or alternative provisions to stage the activity at another time will be arranged and confirmed to all, if you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time and confirm this to LSG, LSG will issue with a credit to the full value of the booking fee paid.
In the event of inclement weather, all LSG activities have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat, and suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of LSG.
Leaving an Activity
Any child that is collected must be collected by a parent or guardian using our ‘wave-off’ procedure. Each child will be released by LSG staff once the child acknowledges the parent or guardian. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any activity will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the Activity. Collection passwords can be set on your customer dashboard.

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the head coach at the activity. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures.
If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please write to our customer services team firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of child’s attendance on the activity.
We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if LSG is proven to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.
These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and LSG Ltd.
By booking an activity with LSG Ltd you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions.
If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
If, from our web site, you click on any links to another website you understand that it is independent from LSG and that we have no control over the content or availability of that website.
No Linking to or Extraction of Data or Other Information from LSG Site
Any linking to, deep linking to, or extraction from the LSG website without the written consent of LSG in hard copy with original signature by a director of LSG is strictly prohibited.
Availability of Our Website, Errors and Viruses
We will use all reasonable endeavours to make our website available at all times but cannot guarantee that our website will operate without interruptions. We will use all reasonable care to ensure that our website is error free and that the website and its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms but this cannot be guaranteed in circumstances beyond our reasonable control. LSG can accept no liability for our website’s unavailability or any errors or viruses that it can contain.
You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other internet-connected device owned, controlled or used by LSG.
